When dreams begin to become reality....it's scary!

Sunshine Farm is about to become a reality.
Things happened so fast, I just can't believe it.
We are just beyond excited, living in the country and having this property is what we have been working towards. Everything has happened so fast that its very scary, but the universe just knew what we needed. I have so many plans and now I have the opportunity to actually put them into action!
First point of business will be to reinstall the chicken coop and run. I cant wait to start gathering fresh eggs again! Then we will build a compost bin and raised beds.

I've been reading about permaculture and smaller homesteads and I am psyched!!!

Fabulous at Forty

I will be 41 this year. and I am determined to be fabulous and fit into my silver years. Their is no better time than now to begin again. I've been doing Keto and HIIT and have gone from 194 to 182 so far. I've lost an inch all around.

so here is the start of my first ever weight loss journey. I hope it will be the only one.
